Hello & Welcome

My name is Gianna and I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, certified professional Labor Doula, Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator.

I help you find balance and feel calm, supported & loved. I teach Private Yoga for group events, couples, families or one-on-one. I also teach prenatal postnatal, vinyasa & yin yoga in studio.

My Story: 

The mind-body connection became prevalent through my school studies as well as my own experiences and yoga journey.  Following 15 years as a competitive gymnast, I was drawn to the physical practice of yoga which quickly became an essential tool to maintain optimal mental and physical health. The strength and ability of women to create and birth has always inspired me, calling me to the field of birth work following my B.A in Psychology from Stony Brook University.

Through my experiences as a doula and working with families, I recognize that pregnancy, birth and postpartum is a transformational time and with the right support, love and guidance you will feel confident and embrace this chapter.

It is my passion to help women empower themselves and their families during the pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.
